    Not happy costumer

    I love the shoes, but I wasn’t happy with the service. I purchase a pair of shoes for my daughter in size 30 which they were big, we tried to change them for size 29 and they were small. She couldn’t even walk with them as the band behind was so big. We asked for refund and was not possible. At the end I had to keep shoes she is not going to wear. Not happy consumer sorry.
