Shoeq specialises in handmade leather shoes, and the quality of all of our shoes is guaranteed. All of our shoes are handcrafted in small workshops where every last detail is given the utmost attention, from the raw materials used which are sourced 100% in Spain, right through to the design and finishing to achieve a product of the highest quality.

Our Pons also come with the Avarca de Menorca Logo. Nowadays, due to its popularity, some manufacturers have come up with many fake imitations that are far from the authentic, artisan and top quality measures and materials used in the genuine Avarcas. In order to protect the traditional Avarcas handcrafted in Menorca the local government and the Shoemaker Association of Menorca have developed the sign "Product of Menorca", which is applied to all our Pons Avarcas. Therefore, you can be assured that shoes purchased from Shoeq will be of the highest quality while preserving and protecting the artisans and traditions of the island.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer either an exchange or refund. Returned pairs must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are unfortunately not refundable. 

Full priced items are valid for exchange within 14 days, or refund within 7 days of date of delivery.

Sale items are valid for exchange only, within 7 days of date of delivery. 

As we are an online business we manage all returns and exchanges via our courier partners only. We offer one free shipping to you for an exchange per purchase, there is an AED 25 courier fee applicable for the return of the goods to be exchanged or returned back to our warehouse. 

All items purchased Cash on Delivery are only eligible for Exchange or issue of Credit Note for the applicable purchase price of the items. Items ordered Cash on Delivery must be accepted and paid in full as per the value of the order and any exchanges can then be arranged directly with Shoeq, our couriers are unable to arrange exchanges on our behalf. In the rare occurrence that a Cash on Delivery order is refused payment, we do enforce a strict Credit Card in advance only policy for all future purchases. 

Items purchased on Credit Card are also valid for a Credit Note, or a refund back to the credit card if preferred. 

To ensure that the size is correct please do take note of the size guides listed on every product and ensure to follow them accordingly. We are always happy to assist with sizing enquiries. 

Please note that whilst Shoeq ships internationally, customs duties, taxes and charges vary by country and as such we are not liable for any other fees incurred with international shipping. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply. All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.
