We hope that you love your new shoes, however, if you are not 100% satisfied we are happy to arrange an Exchange, or issue a Credit Note for a future purchase.
Returned pairs must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. For any items returned without the original packaging, an AED 20 repacking fee will be applied.
We are unable to offer any exchange or return on shoes that have been worn.
Credit Notes are valid for 12 months and can be used either online or in store at our flagship stores at The Courtyard, Mercato Mall or Reem Mall Abu Dhabi.
Credit Notes can be transferred to other parties as a gift if required.
In-store purchases can be returned to the original place of purchase to arrange an exchange, please note we cannot exchange items purchased in different locations.
Online purchase exchanges are managed using our courier services, or can completed in store at The Courtyard, or Mercato Mall.
We can also accept exchanges for online orders in our Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi store, but ONLY for non sale items. Sale items purchased online must be exchanged via our courier service rather than in-store
Please note we cannot accept exchanges for online purchases in our partner stores at Springs Souk, or Abu Dhabi partner stores

Shipping costs are not refundable.
For UAE orders, we offer one way free shipping to you for an exchange per purchase once the original order has been returned to us. We are happy to arrange to return any item to us on your behalf using our courier service, an AED 20 courier fee is applicable in this case.
For international orders please be aware that customs duties, taxes and charges vary by country and as such we are not liable for any other fees incurred with international shipping other than the shipping cost.
If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
For all International orders it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange return of the item back to our warehouse in Dubai for any returns. We are unable to offer exchanges on International orders however once the item is returned to us we will refund the original cost of purchase.

In the rare instance that you experience a quality issue with your shoes, which may arise from time to time with hand made products, we will be pleased to assist with a repair, or a replacement should the item not be able to be repaired.
