For DUBAI deliveries

- Next Day Express shipping is available for AED 15. The cut off is 4pm, orders placed after cutoff will be delivered the following morning

- Standard Shipping is AED 10 per order. Please allow 2 - 4 days for delivery 

- Our Shoeq Concierge service is available for AED 35 for Dubai Orders, please allow 2 - 3 days for delivery 

 For UAE wide outside of Dubai

- Standard shipping is available on all orders, please allow 3 - 4 working days

General Delivery details

• Our courier partner delivers until 10pm, 6 days per week, across the UAE
• Orders received prior to 4pm (Dubai)  with Express Shipping selected will be delivered the next day, subject to delivery availability
• Orders received after these cut off times will be dispatched the following morning
• Orders with Standard Shipping selected will be dispatched and delivered within 2 - 3 days
• Please note orders for multiple pairs of shoes may take slightly longer to dispatch. If you require your order for multiple pairs in a hurry please select the Priority Processing option to ensure we process it as fast as possible 

We offer a free In Store Pick Up service from our stores at

Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready for collection prior to arriving for collection, generally this is within 4 working days. 

International shipping is available, please enter your country at checkout and the rates will automatically calculate. Delivery is approximately 5 - 10 days depending on location. 

As we are a UAE based business, all duties and charges applied by your country’s Customs Service once it has reached your destination must be paid by the recipient. Shoeq does not have any control over these charges and are not responsible for either calculation or payment of international duties.
